*If you’re interested in joining us on one of our model photography holidays, UK Workshops or book yourself a model portfolio session or you wish to hire a model you first need to contact us through our contact us page.

*You’ll then receive a booking form for completion via email, once you've sent us the completed form and paid the £500 booking fee your MPH European Holiday place will then be confirmed. If you are booking one of our UK Workshops then the booking fee is 50% to be paid on completion of your booking form.

*The booking fee is non-refundable (If any holidays or workshops are postponed or cancelled due to COVID-19 then your booking fee will be refunded in full or transferred to another holiday, workshop or photo shoot).

*To book yourself a portrait session with Gavin Conlan, please enquire via our contact form and include as must information as you can regarding your requirements. To book your session the booking fee is 50% of the fee and the remainder of the balance is due 7 days before the photoshoot.

*TBC days prior to your model photography holiday or 7 days before your model portfolio session the outstanding balance will be due for payment via BACS or PayPal, currently all payments are done through BACS.

*You will be required to complete the Model Photography Holidays Travel Form 14 days prior to your model photography holiday - this will be emailed to you.

*You’ll be provided with suggested flight details and we suggest you book your flights as soon as your place is confirmed with Model Photography Holidays, this will give you the best possible opportunity to buy cheaper flights.

*Airport transfer is included in your fee (airport to apartment/villa and apartment/villa to airport), if you decide to not to book the recommended flights then you’ll be responsible for your own airport transfers arrangements and fees.

*Models/Photographers - things that are included in your fee are; apartment/villa, airport transfers, model fees, photography fees, car hire fees where applicable.

*Models/Photographers - things that are not included in your fee are; flights, food and drinks

*You will be provided with the Model Photography Holiday photoshoot schedule 7 days prior to the trip, you’ll only receive this once you’ve paid your outstanding balance.

*Each Model Photography Holiday will have its private WhatsApp group so we can introduce ourselves, get to know each other and connect over our social media accounts. You’ll be able to ask any questions about the holiday in this group.

*If any damages occur to the apartment/villa the person(s) responsible will be required to pay for any damage, under no circumstances Model Photography Holidays are to be held responsible for individuals behaviour on our trips.

*We suggest that you take out personal holiday insurance for our trips and photographers if you haven’t already got Equipment and Public Liability insurance then we recommend you do so to make sure you’re covered.

*Please be respectful to delegates own personal space and valuables, as we’ll be sharing a villa/apartment it is vital that you make sure your money and travel documents are all securely locked away and you don’t leave the apartment/villa in a mess as the inside of the apartment/villa will be used as a shoot location.

*Each delegate has their own bed either in a private bedroom or in a shared bedroom (apartment/villa dependent).

*A Model Release Form will be required, every delegate must sign one, these will be issued once we’re settled into the apartment/villa.

*When photographing please be respectful of your surroundings (both models and photographers) as there is enough shoot time allocated each day for everyone to capture the photographs they want. We encourage photographers to help each other out, whether thats setting up lights or holding a reflector - the more we all work together the better the results will be.

*Models will receive access to the Model Photography Holiday private photo gallery from Gavin Conlan within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip (depending on time it maybe possible for the models to choose their photos whilst we’re on the holiday to speed up the selection process). The Model(s) will then receive their signature stylised edited photos within 31 days via digital download (depending on work load).

*Photographers - please share your selected galleries of photographs with the models, remember these models are giving us approx 100hrs modelling over the length of the trip. Letting the models select their favourites alongside the photographers favourites would lead to better exposure for you as a photographer in the future, we want you to come back with your own “WOW” photos.

*Publications - if you’re interested in the possibility of submitting your work to publications then we can give you help and advice, just ask us.
